The desire to erect a roadside memorial must be commensurate with the necessity to safeguard traffic safety, not create a traffic hazard and general public sensitivities.
The policy details what is required from an applicant and the specifications for Roadside Memorials in terms of size and what materials are permissible.
An application must be submitted in writing for consideration to the Roads Department of Tipperary County Council using the Application Form below.
