TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROAD

INTENTION TO CLOSE THE L-3613 CANTWELL STREET, CLONMEL,CO.TIPPERARY .

NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED L-3613 Cantwell Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary
PERIOD OF
CLOSURE: 00:00hrs on Monday 01 July 2024 to 00:00hrs on Wednesday 28 August 2024.
ALTERNATIVE
ROUTES: Via Irishtown Upper - R-884, Connolly Park – L3614, Western Road - R-707.
Or
Via Abbey Road - R-884, St Stephens place – L3615, Western Road - R-707.

REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate Construction of the Safe Routes to School project on Cantwell Street

Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh not later than 12 noon on Thursday 30 May 2024 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie

Temporary Traffic Management on the L1407-0 Railstown, Rosegreen, Co.Tipperary.
From the 22 May 2024 to the 24 May 2024 to facilitate resurfacing works.
From 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Diversions will be in place. Expect delays. Local access will be facilitated.

Tipperary County Council, in partnership with Transport Infrastructure Ireland, are contracting a survey company to conduct a traffic and pedestrian survey in Ballingarry village on the N52 between the 21st and the 31st May 2024.

From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for duration of the works.
Local access will be maintained and Diversions will be in place as the works progress
