Tipperary County Council wishes to advise that the following are details of the pay parking arrangements in the Town of Nenagh over the Christmas period:
THREE HOURS FREE PARKING IN CARPARKS
From Saturday 7th to Thursday 26th December 2024
Normal pay parking applies On-street from 10.00am to 18.30pm between these dates.
Free parking continues to apply in the Railway Station Carpark on a full-time basis.
Your co-operation would be appreciated in complying with the bye-laws in operation and observing the restrictions on parking in bus stops, loading bays, on footpaths and in disabled parking bays without display of a disabled person’s parking permit.
This initiative is designed to promote local trade and to encourage support for Town Traders during the festive season so please shop local this Christmas.
We also wish to remind customers that e-Parking is available in Nenagh. This is a convenient way of paying for your parking without going to a pay and display machine and handling coins. It allows the flexibility of ease of top-up when return to your car is delayed.
