Applications for Casual Trading Licences 2025

Nenagh Municipal District Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2023

Tipperary County Council (Nenagh Municipal District) invites applications for Casual Trading Licences for 2025 in respect of designated areas in the following locations:

  1. Dromineer
  2. Clare Glens
  3. Garrykennedy
  4. Castlelough
  5. Ballina Riverside Park
  6. Newport
  7. The Lookout

Licences issued will apply from the 1st of January 2025 to the 31st December 2025 or part thereof and will have to be reapplied for on an annual basis. Terms & conditions apply and annual fees are payable.

Application forms, Nenagh Municipal Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2023 and designated casual trading area details including maps are available on request from Nenagh Municipal District, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh – Tel: +353 (0)818 06 5000 or email:  customerservices@tipperarycoco.ie. The closing date for receipt of completed application forms is 4.30 p.m. on Friday the 1st November 2024.

Decisions on applications will be made in accordance with the Nenagh Municipal District Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2023. The acceptance of an application by Nenagh Municipal District does not guarantee the granting of a licence.

Applications may also be submitted for Special Events Licences – details available on request.
