TIPPERARY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTIFICATION OF ADOPTION OF BYE-LAWS FOR AMENITY AREAS WITHIN NENAGH MUNICIPAL DISTRICT
Bye-laws for the use, operation, protection, regulation and management of amenity areas within the administrative area of Nenagh Municipal District were adopted by Tipperary County Council (Nenagh Municipal District) in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 199 of the Local Government Act, 2001, at the February Meeting of Nenagh Municipal District, held on Thursday 22nd February, 2024.
The Bye Laws come into force as of 9.00 a.m. on Monday 1st April 2024.
The Bye-Laws may be inspected free of charge between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, at the offices of Nenagh Municipal District, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh or on the Council’s website www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Copies may be purchased for a nominal fee of €3.00.
