This corporate procurement plan sets out Tipperary County Council’s procurement objectives for the period 2022-2024. The objectives reflect EU, national and local procurement policies and priorities. The plan has been prepared in the context of implementing the procurement reform programme being driven by Government as part of the modernisation of the Public Service.
